How We Work
Every inspection includes video from inside the flue, and we show it to you. That is deliberate. It is much easier to decide about a $2,000 repair when you have seen the crack yourself than when someone has described it to you from a ladder.
You get a written estimate that separates what is a safety issue now from what can wait a season, so you can stage the work if you need to. Estimates are free, we tarp the roof and put drop cloths inside, and we clean up.
